You're responsible for the activity that happens under your clinic account, including the actions of any user you invite. Keep credentials secure and don't share logins between staff.
Use Klinyca for legitimate clinic operations only. Do not use it to store records you don't have a lawful basis to process, or to attempt to access another clinic's data.
Plans bill monthly or yearly in Philippine peso (PHP). Cancel any time. Refunds are pro-rated for unused full months on yearly plans.
Your clinic owns its data. We store it on your behalf. You can export any time. After cancellation, data is preserved read-only for 90 days, then deleted.
We aim for 99.5% uptime, with maintenance windows announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by your network or by force majeure.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to clinic admins at least 30 days before they take effect.
