• Patient data: stored on your behalf as the data controller.
• Usage data: logins, page views, IP address — used to keep the service secure and improve it.

• To provide and operate the service.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

Where it lives

All data is stored in the Philippines. Daily encrypted backups are retained for 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, email, payments) under written data-processing agreements.

Your rights
